Automata Host – Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding contract.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Certain features require you to create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Nature & Scope of Services

Automata Host provides computing resources and infrastructure only.

• We are not an n8n hosting provider. Any n8n instance deployed on our platform is self-hosted by you.
• You are solely responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, securing, and updating your own applications and workflows.
• Our responsibility is limited to ensuring uptime and performance of the underlying server resources you purchase from us. We do not manage, monitor, or troubleshoot your workflows or applications.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, round-the-clock access to our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful, professional purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal activity, harm, violence, or discrimination.
• Send spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial messages.
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, access other accounts, or interfere with systems.

6. User Content

• You own all content (“User Content”) you upload or create using our Services.
• You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process User Content solely to provide the Services.

• You are responsible for keeping payment details current and covering any late payment or chargeback fees.

All content provided by Automata Host (except User Content) is owned by HIRECREATIVES or our licensors.

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automata Host, HIRECREATIVES, and our affiliates, employees, and partners from claims or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our Site, and continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Fatehabad, Haryana, India. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
