Refund Policy – Automata Host
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new Automata Host subscriptions for your first month of service.
This refund is available only for your first month of using our service. Renewals or subsequent months are non-refundable.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Refunds will not be provided for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or for any subsequent monthly payments.
If your plan includes non-refundable items (such as domain registration or third-party add-ons), the cost of such items will be deducted from the refund amount.

Abusive Usage and Violations
Services or products that are suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive use or any violation of Automata Host’s Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
The refund policy is intended solely for customers to assess whether Automata Host’s resources suit their needs—not for repeated or bulk exploitation.
Automata Host strictly prohibits abuse of refunds, such as refunding the same service multiple times or requesting refunds for services purchased in bulk or in rapid succession.
We reserve the right to unilaterally deny refund requests that show patterns of abuse or misuse.
Refund Delivery
Refunds are ordinarily processed to the original payment method. If you wish to use your refunded amount to purchase other Automata Host services instantly, you may select a refund to your Automata Host Balance during the process.
Once a refund is credited to your Automata Host Balance for a chosen invoice, this action is final and cannot be reversed or transferred to any other payment source.
Chargebacks
A decline, chargeback, reversal, payment dispute, or any other payment rejection (“Chargeback”) associated with your Automata Host account will be treated as a violation of payment obligations.
Automata Host reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies, including immediate suspension or termination of your account and linked services with or without notice, if any chargeback occurs.
In such cases, the ability to pay with a credit card may be permanently disabled on your account, and any data or content stored in your account may be permanently deleted.
Access will not be restored until you:
- Properly verify the payment method used for the disputed transaction (such as a bank statement or a censored credit card photo displaying the first 6 and last 4 digits)
- Pay all outstanding fees and any associated processing costs
Fraudulent or criminal chargebacks (e.g., where stolen card details are used) will cause permanent account closure with no data recovery option.
Before filing a chargeback or reversal, we strongly encourage contacting Automata Host support to resolve any payment issues and prevent account and service interruption.
Automata Host reserves the right to contest any chargeback by supplying documentation that demonstrates legitimate authorization and use of services by the account holder.
